Need senior developers to take over your project? Install them.

Our senior team’s process runs inside the coding tool you already use. It finds what would break, then plans, reviews, tests and ships every fix. 3 months free, no card.

On your phone? Send yourself the install line. One email with the line for every coding tool: open it at your computer and paste.

claude mcp add --transport http prodready https://mcp.prodready.si/mcp --scope user

Run it in a terminal, then type “check my app”.

Two steps. The first one is free.

Step 1 · free

The free check: what would leak, lose or break?

Your coding agent reads your app and tells you, in plain words, what would leak data, lose data or break once real people use it, and how bad each one is. You get a score and a short report, and you can send it to your client whenever you like: a link and a code, nothing to install on their side.

Step 2 · when you want it fixed

The SDLC: fix it the way serious teams do.

Say “SDLC on” and your agent works through the fixes properly: plan each change, build it, test it, have it reviewed, then ship. Until your app is ready for real customers. After every sprint you get a report you can send straight to your client.

critical From a real report · an invoicing app built in Lovable, 40 paying customers

Three tables with customer data have no row-level security in the code: invoices, clients, line items. Unless someone switched it on by hand, the public key every browser receives reads all three, signed in or not.

What it costs: any visitor can read every customer's invoices. The whole sample report →

Install it once, in the coding tool you already use. It runs in your coding tool, on your machine. What reaches us: counts, rule names and file paths with line numbers. Never your source, your data or a secret value. Your report page is kept 7 days behind an access code.

The problem

Every year, thousands of demos go to production.

A demo is built to be looked at; production is where it gets used. The data lives in the browser. The settings fail open, so it starts with no password set. Thirty-six tests passed on the day they were written, and nobody loaded a year of real traffic until a customer did, on a Monday.

Looks done. Isn't.

In plain words

What is an SDLC? Think of it as building a house.

Anyone can put up walls in a weekend. Nobody moves a family in until there is a plan, an inspector has checked the wiring and someone signs off. In software that routine is an SDLC, a software development life cycle. Serious teams have one. Weekend apps do not.

Ours is the routine our team runs for enterprises and global brands. Now your coding tool follows it on every feature, so the house stays up to code.

How it works

Three steps. Inside the tool you already use.

  1. 30 SECONDS

Paste one line. The first call asks for your email and sends a 6-digit code. No password, no card.

  2. FREE

    The free check.

Say check my app. Your agent runs the checks in your repository and returns a graded report.

  3. LICENCE

    "SDLC on".

The same MCP runs our delivery process: refined backlog, gated sprints, three reviewers, audits, until it scores 4 out of 5.

Who it is for

Is the SDLC for you?

The due diligence is for anyone with an app. The SDLC is for the moment the app starts to matter.

Founders

You built it, and people use it.

Made in Lovable, Replit or Base44 over a few weekends. Now there are real users, maybe paying ones, and every change feels like it could break something.

Solo developers

You code with an agent, alone.

Claude Code or Cursor writes most of it. You want the discipline of an enterprise team: a plan, reviews and an audit trail, without hiring the team.

Small dev shops

You ship apps to clients.

Your developers build with agents and deliver faster than ever. You need every change reviewed and every decision on record, so you can show the client how it was built.

Teams inside a company

Someone built an internal tool.

It started as a side project and now the department runs on it. Before IT and security sign it off, it needs to look like something a professional team delivered.

You need it if two of these are true

  • Real users or real data are in it.
  • Someone has asked you about backups, security or uptime.
  • You are about to sign a contract or raise money.
  • The free due diligence scored it below 3 out of 5.

It is not for you if

  • It is a prototype you will throw away, or a demo for a pitch.
  • You already have a full delivery process with reviews and QA.
  • You want someone else to build it for you. Here your own agent does the work.

Not sure? Run the free due diligence first. The score answers the question. Install the MCP

The first serious client asked where their data was backed up and I had no answer. The report was blunt. Two evenings of my own agent working through the process, and I had something I could put in a contract.

Monday evening I ran the check, more or less as a test. By Wednesday my agent had it on our own server, with backups and a written decision for every shortcut I had been avoiding.

Nothing was rewritten. It is still our code, with three reviews on every change. It now refuses to start if a setting is wrong. That is the point.

FAQ

Everything people ask before they install it.

Getting started

What is ProdReady, in one sentence?
An MCP server that plugs into the coding agent you already use. It first gives your app a free, enterprise-grade due diligence, then, if you want, hands your agent the delivery process our team uses for global brands, so it can take the app to production properly.
Which coding tools does it work with?
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Claude Desktop and claude.ai, and any other host that speaks MCP over HTTP. Hosts that only speak stdio connect through mcp-remote. Every install line is on the MCP page.
How do I install it?
Copy one line from the top of this page into your terminal, or add https://mcp.prodready.si/mcp as a custom connector. The first call opens a sign-in page: type your email and click the link, or enter the six-digit code. No password, no card. Not at your computer? Use “Email me the line” and do it later.
We built it with Lovable, Replit, Base44, Bolt or v0. Does that count?
Yes. Where the code came from does not matter; what it does in production does. Your agent needs the code on your machine, so export or sync the project to GitHub and open it in Claude Code, Cursor or Codex. From there it is treated like any other repository.
Do I need to be a developer?
You need to be able to run a coding agent in a repository and read what it tells you. The agent does the typing; ProdReady tells it what a professional team would do next and refuses steps that skip a gate. If you want to grow into that role, the Level up page shows the path.

The free due diligence

What is a due diligence?
It is the check investors and buyers run on a company before they put money in: what is really there, what is missing and what it will cost. Ours does that for your app. It looks at what is in the repository and tells you how close it is to carrying real users and real data.
What exactly does it check?
Two layers. First 118 read-only checks across five areas: data, safety, tests, review and release. Then an 18-dimension technical review, each scored 1 to 5 with file-and-line evidence: architecture, security, data, code quality, testing, compliance and twelve more. You get a 0–100 score, a grade, a risk heatmap and the top risks by probability and impact.
Is it really free? What is the catch?
It is free and it stays free. No card, no trial clock. The report names every gap, where it is and what it costs you; it does not prescribe the fix. If you want help fixing it, that is the SDLC, and that part is paid.
Does my code leave my machine?
No. Your own agent runs the checks in your repository. We receive counts, rule names and file paths, never your source, your data or your secrets. The finished report sits at an unlisted address for seven days, opens only with the six-character access code your agent prints, and is then deleted. Details are in the privacy notice.
Can I send the reports to my client?
Yes, always. That is what they are for. Every report is a plain link with a six-character access code. Free: the due diligence report, with the score, every gap and what each one costs. With the SDLC: the project report after every sprint (the board, what was delivered and what is blocked, every check with its verdict, the readiness score before and after) and the statement of work. Send the link and the code to your client, an investor or your team; they open it in any browser, with no account and without seeing your source code. A link lives for seven days; ask your agent for a fresh one whenever you need it.
How reliable is the score?
Every finding points to a file and a line, so you can check it yourself in a minute. It reads the repository as it is, so a setting that only exists in a dashboard somewhere is invisible to it. If it got something wrong on your app, tell us; that is the most useful feedback we get.

The SDLC

What is an SDLC?
The software development life cycle: the order in which professional teams plan, write, review, test and release software, and the checks between those steps. It is why enterprise software survives Monday mornings. Ours has gates G0 to G7, and a step that skips one is refused.
What happens when I say “SDLC on”?
The same MCP starts handing your agent the process step by step: discovery, product vision, a refined backlog, sprints, three independent reviewers on every change, an audit after every sprint, and a due diligence plus load test every sprint until the app scores 4 out of 5. Every result is recorded in a ledger with where it came from. See how it works.
Who writes the code? Do you see it?
Your own coding agent writes it, in your repository, on your machine. Our server hands out the process, checks the gates and keeps the ledger. We never receive your source code, and nothing of ours stays in your project that you would need us for.
What is autonomous mode?
Your agent refines the whole backlog on autopilot, then builds, verifies, gets three reviews, runs the audit and starts the next sprint on its own. It stops only for a question only you can answer, a limit you set, or when you say “SDLC off”. It never starts without your go-ahead in your own words.
Is there a dashboard?
Yes, and it runs on your own computer, not on our servers. One npx line opens it: the board, the sprints, the due diligence trend, decisions, reports and the autonomous run with its open questions. The command is in the docs.
Does it work on an existing app, or only on new ones?
Both. On an existing app it starts from the due diligence and imports what is already there; on a new one it starts from discovery. Bugs, hotfixes, change requests, performance work and releases each have their own step.

Licence and account

What does the SDLC cost?
The free check is free and stays free. The SDLC is a monthly licence, cancel any time, with unlimited projects and no usage meter. Prices are on the pricing page.
How does the licence unlock?
Pay with the same email address you sign in with. The SDLC tools and the dashboard unlock automatically once the payment is confirmed; there is nothing to install twice. If you would rather ask first, ask your agent to call sdlc_request_access, or use the form on the pricing page.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. The licence is monthly. When it ends, the SDLC tools lock again, the free due diligence keeps working, and your projects stay yours to export or delete.
Can my team use it?
Yes. The owner invites teammates to a project, from their agent or on the Teams page, and everyone works on the same backlog, sprints, documents and reports with their own agent. Each person uses their own licence.
