How it works
Invite
Tell your agent invite [email protected] to this project, or invite here on this page. They get an email with a join link.
They join
They add ProdReady to their coding agent, sign in with the invited email and say join the prodready project CODE.
Build together
Same project id, same board. Each agent picks its own Ready story; the dashboard and reports show everyone's work.
What the team shares
- The backlog and every story, with its gates
- Sprints, the sprint plan and the audits
- Discovery, vision, journeys, wireframes and docs
- Decisions and the questions only a person can answer
- Report pages and the due diligence trend
- The ledger, showing who did what
Calls for one project run one at a time on our server, so nobody overwrites anybody. A story someone started stays theirs: another person's agent is told to pick a different one. Only the owner can invite, remove people or delete the project.
Each person uses their own SDLC licence. There is no team plan to buy and no seats to count. Plans are on the pricing page.
Who it is for
Two or three people building the same product, each with their own coding agent: a founder and a developer, two developers on one app, or a small agency team on a client project. If you share a repository, you can share the project in ProdReady.
Owner and member
The person who created the project with SDLC on is its owner. Everyone they invite is a member.
| What | Owner | Member |
|---|---|---|
| See and work on the backlog, sprints, documents, decisions and reports | yes | yes |
| Add, refine and build stories, run reviews and audits | yes | yes |
| Start an autonomous run on the project | yes | yes |
| Invite people and remove them | yes | no |
| Delete the project | yes | no |
| Leave the project | it is theirs | any time |
Inviting someone, step by step
- In your coding agent, inside the project's repository, say:
invite [email protected] to this project
Or open Manage your team on this page, sign in, and type their email next to the project. - Ana gets an email from ProdReady with your name, the project and a join link. A reply to that email comes straight to you.
- You see the invite as pending in your team list until she accepts. You can cancel it there. An invite is valid for 14 days; inviting the same person again sends a fresh one.
Joining, step by step
- Add ProdReady to your coding agent. In Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http prodready https://mcp.prodready.si/mcp --scope user
Cursor, Codex and the others are on the MCP page. - Sign in with the invited email. In Claude Code type
/mcp, pick prodready, choose Authenticate, and enter the code from the email. It has to be the address the invite went to. - Join the project. Open the repository and tell your agent:
join the prodready project CODE
The code is in the invite email and on the invite page. - Work. The project now shows under Shared with you when you ask for your projects, with the same project id as the owner's. Ask
what is next?and your agent picks up from the shared board.
What working together looks like
- Each agent picks its own Ready story from the sprint
- A story someone started stays theirs; another agent is told to take a different one
- Calls for one project run one at a time on our server, so two changes never overwrite each other
- The ledger records who passed which gate, by name
- Decisions and open questions are the same for everyone: anyone can answer one, and everyone sees the answer
- Reports and the dashboard on your own computer show the whole team's work
Autonomous mode works on a shared project too. Each person starts their own run with their own words, and each run picks its own stories, so two runs do not build the same one.
Licences
Everyone works with their own SDLC licence, under their own email. Nothing is pooled and nothing is shared: there are no seats, no team plan and no extra charge for inviting people. Accepting an invite needs your own licence: without one, your agent shows you the licence offer first, and once it is active you join with the same code. The free due diligence works for everyone. Plans are on the pricing page.
Your data
A shared project lives under its owner's account. Members reach it only after accepting an invite sent to their own address, and only that one project: they never see the owner's other projects. When the owner removes someone, or someone leaves, access ends at once. Our server keeps the process (stories, gates, decisions, reports), never your source code: each agent works on its own copy of the repository.
Manage your team
Sign in with the email you use in your coding agent. We send you a sign-in link and a 6-digit code, the same as in your agent.
Questions
Does everyone need a licence?
Yes. Each person signs in with their own email and uses their own SDLC licence. The free due diligence works for everyone without one.
How many people can join a project?
Teams is made for small teams of two or three people working on the same product. Invite the people who actually build it.
Who owns the project?
The person who created it. They invite and remove people, and only they can delete it. A member can leave at any time.
Does anyone see our code?
No. Each agent works on its own copy of the repository. Our server keeps the process: stories, gates, decisions and reports, never your source.
Can I share more than one project?
Yes. Invite people per project. Someone can be on several of your projects, and on projects of other people too.
What happens to the project if someone leaves?
Nothing is lost. Everything they recorded stays in the project and in the ledger under their name; they just no longer reach it.
The invite says it is for another email.
You are signed in with a different address than the one invited. Sign in again with the invited email, or ask the owner to invite the address you use.
Can I invite someone from outside my company?
Yes: a freelancer, an agency or a client. Invite whoever builds the product with you; remove them when the work is done.
