These terms cover the use of prodready.si, the MCP server at mcp.prodready.si, and the Discovery step. The 48-hour engagement itself is governed by the written agreement we sign before any work starts; nothing here replaces that agreement.

The website

Everything on this site — the copy, the success stories, the readiness scale — is published for information. The success stories describe real engagements with the client, the product and the identifying details removed, and figures in them are illustrative of the kind of change the work produces rather than a promise of the same result for you.

The MCP server

The readiness checker at mcp.prodready.si is provided free of charge and without warranty. Specifically:

• It performs read-only checks. It does not modify your project and your client is expected to run only the read-only commands it returns.
• It reports what it found and what that would cost to put right. It does not tell you how to fix anything — that is the work we sell.
• A passing score is not a certification and not a guarantee that your application is secure or correct. It reflects only the evidence your client sent and the checks we run against it.
• A failing finding is not advice about your legal or regulatory position.
• We may change the checks, the scoring, or the availability of the service at any time.

You are responsible for what your client sends us. Do not send credentials, tokens, customer data, or anything you are not entitled to share.

Discovery

Discovery is free. We look at your product and tell you honestly whether it is anywhere near production, including when the answer is that you do not need us. The 48-hour engagement is a fixed price for a fixed scope, set out in the written agreement before work starts.

The engagement

Scope, price, timing, acceptance, remedies and any service levels are agreed in writing before work begins, together with an NDA and a data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR. Intellectual property in the work we deliver is yours. Where those written terms and this page differ, the written agreement governs.

What we do not promise here

To the fullest extent the law allows, the website and the MCP server are provided "as is", without implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability arising from an engagement is dealt with in the agreement for that engagement, not here.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the MCP server to attack them, to submit other people's data without a right to do so, or to resell the assessment as your own. We may withdraw access if you do.

Law and jurisdiction

Slovenian law applies, and the courts of Slovenia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version that applied when you engaged us is the one that governs that engagement.
